Composite trend score
The Wellness Risk Index should be described as a summary of deviation from personal baseline, not a disease detector. Its credibility depends on transparent inputs and visible confidence.
Inputs
Fluid trend, peripheral perfusion trend, stress-response trend, recovery strain, heat strain, and signal confidence can feed a composite score. Each input should be separately inspectable; a black-box score is less trustworthy.
State model
The public output can be Normal, Watch, Elevated, or High. The internal model should distinguish true trend, low confidence, insufficient baseline, and transient artifact.
Why this matters
This is the product story: not more raw metrics, but better interpretation of baseline-relative physiological change.
